When this work starts

Representation is not a filing, so it has no due date of its own. It starts when something arrives: a notice under scrutiny assessment, a reassessment notice, or a GST demand. From that point the clock is set by the notice itself rather than by the statutory calendar.

That is why this work sits apart from the rest of the site. Every other service line maps to dated obligations you can plan around. This one begins on a date somebody else chooses, which is precisely why the first response matters more than it looks like it should.

If you have received something and are not sure how serious it is, send it to us before replying. A rushed first response narrows what can be argued later.
