Notes on staying compliant.
Practical writing from a practising firm — what attaches when, what gets missed, and why. We publish when we have something specific to say, not on a schedule.
Rather than reading
The reference material is more useful than the commentary. All 70 dates for FY 2026-27 and all 34 obligations are published in full, free and without a login.

The things worth bookmarking.
These are the same references our own staff work from. All of them are free, none of them need a login, and they are more use than any article we could write about them.

What we publish
Rarely, and only when it is specific.
There is no publishing schedule here and no content calendar. A firm that posts weekly about compliance is producing marketing; the statutory position simply does not change that often.
When something does change, or when a question comes up often enough that writing it down is faster than answering it again, we write it down. If there is a compliance question you keep having to look up, tell us and we will write about that.
Reading about it is the slow way to find out where you stand.
Send us your entity type and registrations and a Chartered Accountant will map your obligations directly, at no cost.
