About the firm
Chartered Accountants who track the dates too.
A practice of qualified Chartered Accountants working with Indian businesses on statutory compliance — the returns, the audits, the registers and the representation. We have been at it since 2012.

Why we exist
Compliance fails on dates, not on knowledge.
Almost no penalty we see comes from a genuinely hard technical question. They come from a date nobody was watching — a quarterly TDS statement, a half-yearly ROC form, a professional tax challan in a state where you happen to have one employee.
So we built the tracking first and the practice around it. The calendar and the checker on this site are not marketing collateral; they are the same references our own staff work from, published in full because a client who can check our work is a client who does not need to take our word for it.
How we work
Four commitments, in writing.
01
One named Chartered Accountant, not a queue
Each client has a CA who signs off on the positions taken and who you can reach directly. You will not be handed to whoever is free.
02
Reviewed before it is filed
Prepared and read a second time internally, against current notifications and precedent. Nothing is pushed straight from a portal.
03
The calendar is public on purpose
All 70 dates for FY 2026-27 and all 34 obligations, free and without a login. If you only ever use those and never hire us, that is a reasonable outcome.
04
No fee that appears afterwards
Scope and fee agreed in writing before work starts. Anything outside it is quoted separately rather than absorbed into an invoice you did not expect.

What we publish, and what we will not
A gap is recoverable. A wrong date is not.
Every due date on this site comes from our own reviewed compliance data. Where our dataset does not cover an obligation, we leave it out rather than fill the gap with something plausible. A calendar with a hole in it is recoverable; a calendar with a wrong date in it is how a client misses a filing.
If you find something here that looks wrong, tell us — we would rather hear it from you than from a client’s notice.
Start with a look at where you stand.
Send us your entity type and current registrations. We will map your full obligation list and tell you where you stand — at no cost, and with no commitment.
